Hi everyone, thank you all again for your support during last year’s project! it means a lot that we were able to get support during a difficult time for us. We wanted to take a moment to let you know about our current campaign for big bat and pumpkin cat plush! The bat is our starting goal, with the Cat-o-Lantern as our stretch goal. It is a much more streamline and simple project this time (we learned a lot from last year’s campaign. Thank you again, and a happy spooky season to you all!

All packages have been filled and are now in the mail! We have sent out tracking notifications for the remaining packages. If you haven’t received one, please check your spam folder first. We are now moving onto preorders, which should go out tomorrow morning. Once those are in the mail, we will make Kickstarter items available in our Etsy shop. As a side note—as of July 12, we will no longer be selling plush or figurines to EU customers. This is as a result of new laws passed there that make it impossible for us to do so. We are really sorry to any EU customers who had wanted to grab any additional plush from us.   Additionally, there are still a few surveys that have not been filled out.  If you are one of these backers, please fill out your survey ASAP.  We can only guarantee holding your stock for a year, after which we can't promise that items will still be in stock.  Thank you all for your patience and understanding with this project that has had so many delays and supply issues. From COVID, to supply shortages, to shipping delays, we went through it all, but it was worth it to be able to bring cute things to the rest of the world. Thank you all, again, for your support. Projects like this would not be possible without it.

Bees, Beetles, Whales, jackets, body pillows have all arrived

Our long awaited shipment of missing items has finally arrived!  I've never been so relieved/glad that my house is once again a giant box fort.  I will be working as hard as possible to get all of the items out to you guys as fast as possible.  Thank you all for your continued patience.  I will post another update once all of the Kickstarter packages have gone out.

bees, beetles, and whales incoming

Hi everyone. Dropping in with a small update to let you guys know that the shipment of bees, beetles, and whales is slated to make it to port on the 16th. From there, it will take about a week to get cleared by customs, and then the shipment will make its way to me. Once it’s here, I will write another update with those details. Body pillow covers are boarding a plane to be sent here sometime in the next week. The only thing left that we are missing are jacket restocks. I am awaiting more info from the manufacturer. They had a weeklong national holiday last week, so response times are slower at the moment. Thank you all again for your continued patience.

Packing continues

Hi everyone, I just wanted to take some time to address some of the questions I’ve been getting lately. The fulfillment process is still happening, and I also wanted to update you on items that we don’t currently have on hand.

Why haven’t I received my package/has my package shipped yet/can you give me my tracking number?

This is the most common type of question I’m getting, and the blanket answer is that if you haven’t received a tracking number, your package has not shipped yet. Sending orders out is taking a long time because I have 300+ orders and I am packing all of them by myself. Please be mindful that I am just one person, and I also have other work and responsibilities that need to be taken care of. I consistently set myself daily packing goals, and I do my best to meet them.

When will my specific package be sent out?

This is a hard one to answer since I am going through the campaign one tier at a time and trying to finish one before I jump to another one. So far, I’ve finished the single pin, triple pin, single nyx, single prickly purr, single fox, and critter coven tiers. I’m now moving on to the apparel and more complicated tiers.

Why is my plushie wrinkled/crumpled?

All of the plushies have spent a long time in tightly packed boxes—first their shipping boxes from overseas, and then the boxes that I’ve sent them out in. Unfortunately, I have no control over this, since they are already compressed when they get to me in the first place. If you squish them a bit and give the fabric time to decompress, the wrinkling will go away on its own.

What items are you waiting for/sizes of jackets can you mail out?

At the moment, we are out of size Large, 2X, and 3X of the Kitsune jackets, and size Small, 2X, and 3X of the Halloween jackets. All other sizes only have very limited numbers in stock. We are also waiting for restocks on wolf hoodies and body pillow covers. We are also still waiting on big bees, whales, and beetle plush to arrive.

Why are jackets/whales/beetles/bees, etc not here yet?

COVID has created a significant slowdown in manufacturing and shipping times. We tried to account for this in our project estimate, but we still ran into issues. Chinese New Year also slowed things down since the manufacturers took four weeks off for the holiday in February. The bees, beetles, and whales are all currently on a boat in the Pacific Ocean, and will take around 35 days from now to arrive at port. I am sorry that these items will be arriving late. If this is problematic for anyone, I can offer to switch your delayed item for one of equal value, or if you choose to wait, I will include extra freebees in your package.
