Hi everyone. Just a reminder to fill out your survey before the end of the month! We have 89% of them filled out, but we would love to get everyone accounted for before locking surveys and placing orders.

As a secondary note—tomorrow, I will be undergoing surgery. Because of this, I will not be available for emails, messages, or questions at all on Monday, and intermittently during the rest of the week, as I will need time to recover. My friend @AlstroArts on Twitter has kindly agreed to answer questions tomorrow, if you guys have any. Either contact her on Twitter, or publicly message on Kickstarter, and she will do her best to reply. Any messages sent directly to me will have to wait for a response. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hey everyone. All of the surveys are officially out, and we have received 75% of the replies already!  We are planning on locking the surveys on Dec 1, after which you won’t be able to add or remove any add on items you may have selected. Backerkit will collect money from add ons on Dec 3rd. If you miss this deadline, you can still grab stuff from the preorder store, which brings me to my next item on the update list. We have opened up our preorder store for anyone who did not have the opportunity to back the Kickstarter, but still wants the chance to get their hands on any of our merchandise before it becomes available in our shop. Kickstarter backers will receive their goods before preorder customers—at a discounted rate, and with bonus stickers. Regarding surveys, we’ve had a little confusion with some of the items already being included in people’s carts before they reach the add on page. I have added a disclaimer to the surveys to try and explain what is happening. When you are filling out the survey, please be sure to look at the top right check out box—any plush that are automatically included in your tier will already be in your cart, and will not need to be selected from the add on menu. Doing so will add another duplicate of these items to your cart for purchase, and will give you a balance due at the end of the survey. I have been going through all of the pledges every other day and contacting people who may have misunderstood in order to make sure that nobody is double charged for the items that they have already bought. If you are still confused, please reach out and we will answer your questions.

Thank you to everyone who has already filled out their survey.  The sooner we can get answers, the sooner we can find out how much stock to order.  I hope everyone had a happy Halloween!

Surveys starting to go out

Hi everyone.  As promised, Backerkit surveys have started to roll out this evening.  We are doing them in waves to make sure that everything is running smoothly, and we can answer any questions that might come up.  They will continue to go out over the next couple of days, so if you haven't received your survey yet, don't panic.  Thank you again for your patience and support.

Sticker designs finished!

Hi, just a quick update this time.  I finally finished all of the sticker sheet designs. We are still planning for surveys to begin going out on Monday, so start thinking about which sticker(s) you want!

Also, for those of you asking when/where you put in shirt sizes/plush choices/addresses, etc, all of that info goes in the survey, once it is sent out.

Funding has arrived and plush have been ordered!

Hi, I just wanted to let everyone know that we have received our funding from Kickstarter, and we have paid for all of the plush (and other reward) production!  In the meantime, I've gotten a few questions about backer surveys and when they go out.  We are finalizing our Backerkit shop, and we plan to have it up and running on the 26th.  We will also start sending surveys out in waves beginning on that date.  We may end up having some bugs to work out, so if you don't immediately get your survey, don't panic.  We will post an update when they have started going out, and another one when we have finished sending out all of the surveys.

In other, much less fun news, I am having some personal medical issues that will affect how quickly I’ll be able to respond to messages and send out shop orders (for those of you who have placed orders through our Etsy).  Without going into detail, I’m currently going through a battery of tests with the end goal of having major surgery, which will hopefully fix things for good.  In light of this, I ask for patience and understanding if things get delayed on my end.  I promise that I am working as hard as I can to get everyone's surveys out and questions answered.  As always, thank you for following and supporting me!
