Packing materials have arrived

Hi everyone, just letting you know that the rest of our packing materials finally arrived, so we will begin the fulfillment process.  At this time, we will also be collecting the funds pledged for add on items.  We will try to get things to the post office as soon as possible, but with the winter storm currently hovering over us, that may not happen until Monday.  We will be doing our best to pack things and send them out as quickly as possible, but there are only two of us working on 300+ packages, so please understand that it may take us some time.  You will be notified when your package is mailed out.

Pins arrived yesterday, and they look great! I unwrapped and graded all of them, so pin packages will be able to go out at this time as well.

Someone doesn't want me to get rid of the pin wrapping, though.  Too bad, buddy.

As a reminder, we are still waiting for big bees, beetles, whales, some sizes of jacket, and body pillow covers.  If your order includes any of these items, it won't be shipping out at this time.  Thank you all for your patience.

Pins arriving, still waiting on shipping materials

Hi everyone. I know you are all anxious to know when we will start mailing packages out. We are still awaiting one last item of packaging before we can begin that process. Unfortunately, the situation at the USPS is still bad, and mail continues to be slow. We really want to get all of your rewards out to you, but there are some things outside of our control. Once we have all of the packaging in hand, I will post another update letting you all know that we are beginning fulfillment. We are hoping to receive this last item sometime in the next 7-10 days. The good news is that we are well on track to fulfill most orders before the end of March, which was our projected timeline.

After a few initial hiccups (pins missing details, characters not having eyes, glitter enamel being used instead of glow enamel, etc), our pin manufacturer has finally finished the order, and we hope to receive it in the next few days. It will take us a bit to open and grade hundreds of pins, but once we do, those will be getting mailed out as well.

Our t-shirt restock arrived last weekend, so those are looking good and ready to go as well.

There area few items that are getting delivered slightly later to us because of the Chinese New Year holiday. If any of the following items is included in your order, we are still waiting for them to arrive:

Boxes of Foxes and Pallets of Prickly Purrs

Hey everyone, just sharing the exciting news that the Prickly Purr and Kitsune plush arrived safe and sound yesterday!

We checked a few of the boxes, and all of the plush look and feel great!  Yesterday morning, we rented a pallet jack, and waited outside for a big box truck to unload 84 gigantic boxes (8 pallets, or 1,300 lbs of plush) to us.  It took us 2.5 hrs to get everything from the truck into the house.  Our arms are pretty dead today, and our house is currently box city.

So today, we rented a 10'x20' storage unit in a climate controlled building.  We will start moving the boxes to this unit tomorrow (after giving our arms a day to recover). 

This unit will also give us space to grow as a company.  It's an exciting start to new opportunities for us!

Our hyperactive monster cat is a fan of the new setup.  I keep feeling like he's going to drop down onto my head.

So...the big question, when will packages start shipping?

As of now, we have three of the plush, as well as stickers in stock.  It is our intent to start shipping the rewards we have available when we have received our packaging materials (tape, tissue paper, backer cards, etc).  The ETA for those is around the end of this month.  For packages including Big Bees, apparel, or pins, those items are still in production or awaiting shipment.  We will update you again when we know more about their status.  We look forward to getting your rewards out as soon as possible.

New Years Eve update

Happy New Year everyone! I thought I would take this time to write an update for you all. Things have been very hectic for us the last couple of months. We’ve been drowning in holiday shipping, and have only recently been able to work on anything else.

Some good news to start out on: the Nyx plush have arrived! We opened the boxes and checked their quality, and they all look great.

Sticker sheets have also arrived! The print quality is really nice on them. Once we receive our shipping materials (boxes, tissue paper, tape, etc), we can start sending out some of the basic Nyx tier rewards.  Boxes should be arriving around the 20th of January, and we will post another update when we start on fulfillment. 

Prickly Purr and Kitsune plush are on a ship on their way to port in NYC, and will be with us sometime in January. This will be a challenge for us, since we will be receiving 84 large boxes of plush all at once.  Big bees have finished production and are getting packed for their boat trip to us. We anticipate their arrival sometime in February. Beetles and whales are now beginning production, and will be here around mid March.

Shirts, jackets, and pins have all been ordered, and we anticipate their arrival sometime in late February/early March.  Please keep in mind that if your order or add ons includes any of these items, we have to receive them first in order for us to mail out your reward.

We have locked the orders on Backerkit, so they cannot be changed at this point. We will charge cards for add on items when we are ready to start packing and sending orders out. There will be updates and notifications to let you know when this will be happening (a few people have already had their orders processed at their requests).

Over all, 2020 was a very difficult year for most people, CloverPuff included.  This Kickstarter was one of the high points for us, though, and we thank you for giving that to us.  We have many projects planned for 2021, and we look forward to sharing them with you.  We wish you all a happy, safe, and healthy new year.

Surveys closing in one week

Hey everyone, I  am back from the hospital, and recovering a day at a time.  I'm writing this update to let you all know that you have a week left to fill out or edit your backer surveys, after which they will lock.  We have 14 unanswered surveys at this point, and I will be trying to contact you all individually to get the information we need to give you guys your rewards.  For any people who have unresolved errorred pledges, at this point, I have simply canceled your orders.  I will be going over every order one at a time to make sure that everything looks ok.  If you guys have any questions, please be sure to let me know before Dec 1.  

I received word from the factory that production on Nyx, Prickly Purrs, and Akimaru has concluded, and I am now working with shippers and importers to get them all here.  It will still take a few months for them to make their way across the ocean, clear customs, and come to us.  Thank you all for your continued patience and support.
